Kater Shop in Logan, Utah rents tuxedos for weddings, proms, homecoming and other school dances. Grooms, groomsmen, fathers and ring bearers can all be fitted in our store at 1050 N Main St #140. Our styles range from modern, fitted looks to traditional, timeless ones.

Tuxedo rental questions

How much does a tuxedo rental cost at Kater Shop?

Our tuxedo rentals start at $125 and include the jacket, pants, formal shirt, vest, tie, jewelry and shoes.

How far in advance should I reserve a wedding tuxedo?

We prefer that you book wedding rentals about a month before the wedding. That gives your groomsmen time to come in and be measured, or send their measurements from out of state. If you're running behind, we can still book rentals the same week or even the same day. Rentals booked with less than 24 hours' notice have a $25 rush fee.

How early should I reserve a prom or school dance tux?

Prom season is busy. Try to place your order at least a week or two before the dance so you get all your choices.

One of my groomsmen lives out of state. Can you still fit him?

Yes. He can fill out our measurement form after being professionally measured at any menswear or tailoring shop. We can't be responsible for measurements taken outside our store, but we will do everything we can to make any needed corrections at pickup.

When do I pick up and return my rental?

For a weekend event, you can usually pick up your tuxedo on the Thursday or Friday before. Pickup includes a final fitting of about 20 minutes. You take the tux with you after the fitting and return it to us the Monday after your event.

What if something is too long or too short at pickup?

During the final fitting we check the hems on the pants and jackets. If a hem needs fixing, it only takes a few minutes, and the garment is ready to take home that same day.

Do I need to clean the tux before returning it?

No. Please bring it back on the hangers and in the garment bag you got at pickup (not in a trash bag).

What sizes do you offer?

Depending on the style, we can outfit everyone from boys' size 6 to 60 XL, from ring bearers to dads, including big and tall.
