Wrap the tape around the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, then drop your arms to your sides to measure.

Measure around the middle of neck (at the Adam's apple.) Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

Measure from your belt down to your shoe which allows enough space for the pant to buckle.

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

With arm bent and hand on hip, place tape measure at the base of your neck and follow along the top shoulder and arm to the wrist.
